Welcome to my management plan for teaching in a secondary classroom. The following several tabs will go through my rules and procedures as well as activities for building a community of learners in my classroom and where my approaches to education come from. Before we get involved in this plan though, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself.
I grew up on a cattle farm in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with my three older brothers. We are all pictured to the right, myself being the cute one with the white shirt and vest. My brothers and I are all grown up and in different parts of the United States but we always make sure to see each other several times throughout the year and stay in touch. This is easy to do since we share many hobbies such as my favorites of filming and creating short videos, playing in basketball tournaments, playing music together, and the newest fad of performing stand-up comedy. This last one has been particularly challenging but the rush feels great especially when you get your first laugh from a room full of people. I suggest everyone try it at least once, especially if you want to improve any feelings of stage fright!

Be aware, my management plan may change throughout my career so feel free to come back later and see how it has changed. Enjoy,
